RETURN PERIOD
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
RETURN CONDITIONS
– The product must be in the same condition as when received.
– The product must be unused, undamaged, unblemished due to your fault
– The packaging, labels and protective tags must be intact.
– Items received as part of a promotion must be returned together with the main item, otherwise their value will be deducted from the refund amount.
REFUND PROCESS
To initiate a refund, please first contact us via email about your request. Once we have confirmed, please follow the instructions and send the item to our address.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Usually, if the return request arises from the customer, you will be responsible for all of these costs.
However, in some cases, you receive a package that is not what you ordered from us, we will cover the resending fee.
REFUNDS:
– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

– We reserve the right to refuse returns of goods that do not meet the stated conditions for a refund.
